Our promise

We stand behind every LUMA Rituals device. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in original, gently used condition with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts.
• For hygiene reasons, units showing signs of significant wear, damage, or missing components may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
• Final-sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to initiate a return

Email hello@lumarituals.org with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Warranty

Every LUMA Mask Pro includes a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device develops a defect under normal use, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a complimentary replacement.
