Shipping Policy

Processing time
All LUMA Rituals orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a separate shipping notification with tracking once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Delivery times
Standard shipping within the United States arrives in 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery windows may vary slightly during holidays or peak periods.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Promotional free shipping may apply on qualifying orders.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@lumarituals.org.
International shipping
At this time, LUMA Rituals ships exclusively within the United States. International availability will be announced via our newsletter.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.
